About Me

I am an integrative counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore what’s on your mind—without pressure, without judgment, and entirely at your pace. Life can feel overwhelming at times. Maybe you're stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, weighed down by stress or past experiences, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re going through, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

How I Work

I take an integrative approach, which means I tailor therapy to you. I draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches to meet your individual needs, including:

  • Person-Centred Therapy – a warm, non-judgmental foundation where your voice and experience are central
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – exploring how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact, and building practical strategies for change
  • Systemic Therapy – helping you understand how relationships and environments influence your experience
  • Transactional Analysis (TA) – increasing self-awareness by exploring inner dynamics and communication patterns
  • Solution-Focused Therapy – identifying what’s working and building on your strengths
  • Mindfulness – supporting you to become more present, grounded, and in tune with yourself
  • Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy – using guided relaxation and suggestion techniques to support deeper emotional and behavioural change
  • Whether you’re looking for space to talk, tools for change, or a blend of both, our work together will be shaped by what you need—moment to moment.
    What You Can Expect:

  • A gentle, down-to-earth approach—free from jargon or judgment
  • A collaborative relationship—you’re always in control of the pace and direction
  • A safe space where you can process feelings, find relief, and move forward with more ease

  • Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship issues, past trauma, addictions or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, or want to improve your performance, therapy can help you reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with what matters most.
    Lets Talk

If this sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, feel free to get in touch. You can send a message with any questions or book an initial session to see how it feels to talk. Sometimes, the first step—reaching out—can be a turning point in itself.

  • “Therapy that meets you with compassion.”
  • "A gentle, down-to-earth approach—free from jargon or pressure"
  • "A space where you can talk freely, find relief, and reconnect with yourself"

  • As an MBACP-registered counsellor, I follow the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s ethical guidelines. This means you can expect a safe, respectful, and professional space—where your wellbeing, confidentiality, and autonomy are always at the heart of our work together.
